Modalku’s application is specifically used for "Funders" who want to distribute their funds to MSMEs.

Ratings and reviews

Over 50% of my funds is in default and even some of that is already irrecoverable. Modalku doesn't seem to require much (any?) collateral from loanees, neither are they authoritative enough to secure/ensure its liquidation to pay off debts. Many of these 'businesses' just 'ran off' without consequences. A lot of pseudo reviewers seem to have been deployed by Modalku to crank up the app's rating. For some reason my previous, critical review has been deleted. Let's see what happens to this one.

I've been using Modalku since October 2019 and I'm REALLY disappointed with this funding app. 46% of my money is default. The service fee is so high, it's 3% p.a., assuming your porto is about 15%, it's 20% your porto but Modalku doesn't even have insurance. Invoice financing should be less risky but still most of the loan is defaulted. High risk, high return doesn't apply here. It's high risk, low return. Btw I've also tried to buy SBR once in 2020 but somehow always failed. What an app.

The user experience is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. It's really confusing to see what is my balance now. This very primary need of an investment platform, yet modalku fails to show it to users. I want to withdraw all. Also, my investment is at lost after 1 year. I understand that P2P has risks, but assuming that I gain 15% with a TKB90 of 94% I shud still be in profit. But No, I'm at loss.
