TERRIBLE! this is unacceptable! I made a transfer, and my balance has been deducted. The transaction is marked as successful, but the funds did not reach the account. I've already complained through diana, instagram, the call center, and email, but there has been no response. Now, my account has suddenly logged out, and I can’t log back in! I’m extremely disappointed. What is going on?!

Everytime I want to top up, it requires phone credit balance which often aren't handy when I need it. I don't buy phone credit that often, everytime I require mobile connection I just buy data package from my provider. This system of "OTP" that exist everytime a user wants to top up is time wasting. It forces user to top up a large balance, instead of only when it's necessary. I use this app to buy games on Steam, no other alternatives except Linkaja (haven't tried though). Disable OTP, please.

Downloaded the app, followed the steps to link my credit card, which it charged IDR10000 accordingly to the card. But the card is still linked and I can't use the app. Tried to contact customer service via bot chat and it said I'm number 143 in the queue. I can't move away from the waiting page as it became empty and I have to start all over again. I can't even let the screen goes into sleep as I will have to start all over again too.
