Regardless of the drawbacks that remain, Flip has become one of the most useful apps for transferring money through multiple Indonesian local banks with lower admin fees than traditional methods. One of the most significant drawbacks of this app is the requirement to re-login after updating to a newer version. Is it a bug? Please resolve this matter. It's not a major thing, but it's inconvenient for me. Overall, I appreciate this apps.

the idea of ​​this app is great. but unfortunately, after using it for more than 6 months, there are no options for BCA VA and payment for Kartu Halo. And there is no option for basket mode when buying phone credit. So for those who need it, get ready to be disappointed.

Drop from 5 stars to 4 stars. I had a transaction with wrong nominal transfer then submit refund. The funds are back but i can't do transfer with the same account number because still ongoing process. No cancel button or process automatically cancel when funds back.
