Sebagai WNI yg mostly di luar negeri dan tidak punya nomer HP Indonesia, aplikasi menjadi tidak berguna. Sudah email CS/Dev (more than once) dan tidak ada respon. Aplikasi tidak membantu, tapi merepotkan dan bikin stress. *I understand I'm an exeception in this case, but that is the dev jobs to handle for edge cases.

I can’t create an account because the OTP email never arrives in my Gmail inbox or spam. I’ve requested it multiple times and waited, but nothing comes. When I restart signup, the app says my email is already registered and asks me to verify it, sending me back to the OTP screen—but no email is received. I’m sure my email is correct and have tried twice (last month and today) with the same result. Clearing the app cache didn’t help.

Very handy and useful application, especially for Indonesian.
