LESTARI (Periodic Fecal Suction Service)
It is an innovation in suction services for toilets by the Regional Government of Sidoarjo Regency, in order to fulfill the commitment of 100% safe sanitation access for all Sidoarjo people.
LESTARI is an application that will make it easier for people to place orders and schedule toilet desludging anywhere and anytime via a smartphone.
Why should you use LESTARI?
1. The process of verifying prospective customer data becomes faster and more accurate.
2. Customer order history data will be stored properly.
3. Prospective customers can immediately register to become a scheduled suction customer, where the determination of the suction period will run automatically following the order history.
4. Customers can immediately submit complaints / suggestions immediately after being served so that they can be immediately followed up

LESTARI menus:
Message Suck WC: To start the registration process, determine the location of the prospect and determine the schedule of desludging by the customer
LLTT List: to register to become a WC suction customer periodically
Send Suggestions: to send complaints and suggestions regarding services
Information: contains the latest info, announcements, promotions and others from UPTD PALD for customers
Order History: contains history data for orders made by customers
Download regulation: contains regulations related to domestic wastewater management and other relevant regulations.
