Ratings and reviews

This app is too gamified. The layout is not intuitive and makes for a painful real-time trading experience. The recent drive for "forced 2FA safety" measure by way of SMS is impossible to bypass or divert to another method. If you, like myself, have turned off spam SMS charging or extra monthly credit on your post-paid cell services you're just out of luck. I will be looking to not only uninstall this stupid app but maybe close my ManSek account with all these inconveniences.

the app it's OK, but I'm very disappointed with Bank Mandiri's security service in resolving the issue. They were so slow that my account was unable to process transactions for weeks. They seemed to disrespect their customers. This is very different from how other security companies operate

i got an error where i can't see financial report, i got this error since last month and the app still not fix it
