Ratings and reviews

If you long press on any image or visual element it displays a desktop-style phantom image of the picture or element in place of your invisible cursor (on mobile). If you let go of this image (as opposed to eternally moving it around the screen) all input locks up on the phone and you must hard reset the phone (android). This was never a problem before so some recent changes must have done this. I will update stars if this is fixed. Other than that and a few crashes this app's a powerful tool

Edit: this WAS the best video downloader until yesterday when it stopped recognizing videos except one or two random ones. Ive tried multiple sites and I cant get any video to even start downloading. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that hasnt worked. This is aggravating bc the app used to be great! This is the best video downloader Ive see to date. Its faaaaast. And while there are ads, they arent as frequent or as intrusive as virtually every other app Ive used (at least 10).

Was a decent download manager, but unfortunately couldn't seem to access the files I wanted. A shame, but not why it gets the low review. What gets that is the constant pop up messages. Not even ads, but useless "tips" or the like, and when there is a "Do not show this again" checkbox (there usually isn't) it does not seem to take. Just a UX nightmare. Users know there is a settings page. If they have any issues they will use it. Just shut up and let users use your app.
