Actually really helps! I've been struggling with panic disorder on and off since I was in middle school. Using this app is finally helping me work through these feelings, not by pushing them away, but by running towards and accepting them. I haven't read the book, but I want to. The combo of emergency sessions that I've used when dealing with flying or panic attacks with daily lessons is perfect. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to finally move past fear and embrace life fully

Too many ads, almost everything is paywalled; the few free things are rlly helpful for panic attacks, but thats it. The AI basically just keeps repeating the same stuff (yes I know, diffuse, allow, run towards... you don't have to keep telling me!) and the way it has a little animation when you click into the app is a hindrance, especially if you're having a panic attack and every second feels like forever.

it's okay. I have an Android and so for some reason it's hard for me to come back to the part where your journal after listening to a talk or meditation. there are many features that remain locked, unless you purchase a membership. there's a free trial but I'm hesitant because a lot of times I forget to cancel the free trial and I cannot afford to purchase a full membership right now
