Upgrade? Since the upgrade, I have to log in everyday even though I activate the remember switch. Half the time I have to log in twice because either my info is not recognized, or I have to log in again to work within the app. after logging in initially. The notifications for the deals of the day do not alert on my phone until hours after the deals are available (luckily, I've set a reminder in my phone). This upgrade no longer provides product descriptions for the deals of the day.
Cant log in! I have not changed anything. Why does the app keep saying it doesn't recognize my account information??? 😬😬😬
Not really that big of a deal Wish there were more features to replace using browser as often as I do.
Cannot navigate app properly Not very great at looking at the orders that you have placed, cannot make certain changes like editing customer orders or information. Cannot easily go to a customers info to look up a number. Cannot easily select one customer for an order without having to navigate numerous areas to get to specific tasks. Overall not worth the effort. The entire app needs an overhaul. Easier to do everything on a computer. Great concept, poor execution. Please fix.
THANK YOU for bringing it back! The new and improved is great! Works so much faster than the other Avon mobile app. Great for quick order entry! SUGGESTION: Future enhancement to view AVR order history of customer name and items
This app let's me take orders on the go and saves it to my online store pending orders right away. It does need to be faster and maybe add payment method for customers.
