Essential tool for Avon Independent Representatives This app is so helpful in my Avon business; especially when it comes to spontaneous orders. It's much more convenient than carrying a order book around all the time. The only issue I have is with the item search function when searching by item name.I keep getting kicked out of the type box . Not a major issue but still annoying. Fix it and ill change my rating to 5stars
Cannot navigate app properly Not very great at looking at the orders that you have placed, cannot make certain changes like editing customer orders or information. Cannot easily go to a customers info to look up a number. Cannot easily select one customer for an order without having to navigate numerous areas to get to specific tasks. Overall not worth the effort. The entire app needs an overhaul. Easier to do everything on a computer. Great concept, poor execution. Please fix.
Always Something The app doesn't always open, or won't put the correct phone information. Sometimes it won't allow me to add a customer. Sometimes I get a 509 alert when trying to put phone number in. Frustrating!
Pretty good, not great They had a pretty good idea when they made this app, but there are some important features missing/messed up. It's been said before, it doesn't "remember" my login info, so it takes up time when you're entering an order, in the go. I don't always remember my password lol. I can't see MY order, not too many options when it comes to making a payment....and a few other things. I suppose the idea was to build an app for the very basic needs of the business. Anything deeper than that, run to a computer lol!
Best thing ever! This app has made business on the go easy, quick, and efficient. I don't have to try to remember what the customer wants; I can add it right when they ask. Thanks, Avon!
Needs more features The app is good. It gets the job done. But, I'd like for it to have more features. For instance, in the pay Avon icon, I want to be able to pay Avon with a debit/credit card, and not just quick pay. Also, there needs to be an option to where us Reps can see our current orders for the campaign. I don't like it how I can build an order for someone and not have the app summarize my customers order after I submit it. It doesn't even tell me the total of my customers order. I'd like that feature for sure. Thanks
