Having absolutely terrible For the last week I'm having absolutely terrible trouble with this app. I have it set that I can top up my account on the app using my saved card details. But now it won't allow me to top up my account. So deleted and reinstalled the app and deleted card details and now it's telling me the card details are wrong and won't allow me to top up at all. Meaning I have to drive to another town to top it up. Please have this fixed.
24 hours to check balance The most frustrating app ive had in a while. It takes 24 hours to calculate your balance and sometimes it tells me a different balance to my meter meaning sometimes I don't know how much money is on my account 😕
Hasn't allowed me to login, so completely useless. Tells me I have wrong username or password, but have octuple-checked. Even changed password to something else and tried that. Nope. No problem logging in on website with same credentials.
Balance does not show on app When I log in,straight away asks me do I want to top up.what it says and describes that you can see your balance from what is on the meter itself,ain't on here as it says you can after 24 hours of topping up.so when I'm out I can't check.have to check the meter itself,so app only good for topping up,but that's about it.
Absolutely useless Doesn't recognise my email. Can't even log in. Keeps telling me premise number does not exist. Pointless because I can't even get passed step 2 of the set up process.
Nice idea, badly executed app Having the app updating the balance once every 24 hours, keeps you still checking your meter display, renders the app useless. In app top up is nice, but the app is not useful until it updates in real time like the in house display does.
