it doesn't work. doesn't show usage, balance left or anything. hasn't worked for literally past 2 years. leaving pinergy because of it. garbage. you only know you need to top it up because the electric goes off.

This App is the biggest piece of poo poo there is. They are not doing anything to fix it, and to top it off we have a support ticket open for more than a month now with multiple update requests from our side with 0 response from theirs. We are not able to top up, which is the main reason to even have this usless pile of binary poo poo. Whole company and how they treat their customers is just awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I recently reinstalled the app when it wouldn't log me in, before I realised I had no internet connection at the time. I don't remember the password to log in with and requesting a password reminder/reset by email keeps bringing up a pop up message saying I have no connection (when I do have a strong WiFi connection). Very annoying as I'm abroad and would love to know the balance (which I can't view when I do a once off top up with my Pinergy card via the website!)
