About this app

The Wolverhampton City Credit Union App allows you to manage your Credit Union accounts 'on the go' and in a way that is convenient to you.

The App gives you the ability to:

- View Account Balances and Transactions
- Transfer money between Credit Union Accounts
- Transfer money to External Bank Accounts
- Pay Bills

Getting started with our App is easy.

- Firstly, you will need a valid, and verified, mobile phone number. If your number is not verified, you can do that by logging into your Online Banking Account at www.wccul.co.uk.

- Once you have completed the above step, simply login with your Member Number, Date of Birth, and Pin.

You will be asked to review, and accept, our Terms and Conditions. These can also be viewed at www.wccul.co.uk. Please note, all external accounts and utility bills must have already been registered through your Online Banking account, prior to using the App.

Super quick and easy to download. So much better than accessing the website, which sometimes was slow and kept asking to key info again. I'll definitely just use this going forward. Recently used the union service and found the process to be streamlined and the communication to be super quick and efficient. I didn't realise there was an app until advise by Deb and I'm really pleased she told me. Deb by the way your fabulous.

You sent me to update my app which I did everything went small so I deleted the app try to install again would not let me. I do just want the old one back plus when you have to put in numbers the screen does not goes to big numbers like the old one and it won't let me down load. Keeps telling me that it will download at all. If not broken leave alone

Really handy app. Rarely has issues. Reliable and easy to navigate. Perfect.
