I have been with three/O2 for over 20 years. I decided to go bill pay with them the first year and a half was great nothing to complain about untill the end 2025 beginning of this year 2026. three sent out phones I didn't order then proceeded to take 96.60 euro out of my account knowing they were in the wrong. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get my money back from them and have the other phone number removed from my account that they mistakenly put onto my bill. check your account.

The app won't keep you logged in, then I have to keep changing my password. when you click a link in the app, the next page is a web page that you have to log into. why can't it be like any other app, stay logged in, navigation is within the app so you don't have to keep singing in everytime you move from section to section.

This app has gone to absolute rubbish since the update. Top ups kick you to a broken web page, you can’t add a card because normal names are “invalid”, voucher entry is blocked by pop-ups, and after reinstalling it won’t even open. What was once usable is now a buggy, poorly built mess.
