The network isn't bad, but the app is absolutely horrible! I LOATHE having to open up the app to buy credit. Constantly having to jump through hoops just to log in, and when I do login and try to buy credit, it times out, and I have to start from the beginning.

Terrible app. If there is an option to give 0 stars for this, I would. I tried logging in to the app using the EXACT SAME username & password as used in the web version, and it tells me it's incorrect? I contact 3 about it and get fobbed off. If you can log in via web then , I'm sorry, the fault lies with the app, not with me! Looking at these reviews, it seems I am not the only one affected.

Offline top-up is great, but sometimes it gets stuck in a loop: when you enter your username and password, it says it will send a code to your email to confirm your identity. But I don't have internet, remember? How am I supposed to enter the code sent to my email? 🤦 (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
