Terrible app, lousy ui, and extremely slow. I have to relog constantly, and reinstall the app just to try and get it working. Even after it is still extremely slow. Would not recommend this app to any gym or client

The app hangs when I am on the class booking page. I have tried to reboot and reinstall, the same issue occurs. I am not able to see available classes for a while now.

Generally OK but I'm not getting push notifications since the latest update and neither are loads of other members at my gym.

Hi Deirdre! The issue is now resolved, in order to get this fix, you will need to update the app. Once you've done that, you should see a prompt asking you to allow notifications that you need to confirm. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do to help improve your experience with the app.
