Not a great app. Scrolling down on the classes most of the time doesn't work and it will instead scroll horizontally to another day then you have to scroll back to the day you need and then you're back at the top of the page. The filter doesn't allow more than one choice, so if I want to look up only pilates classes that are in the evening - it's not gonna happen. You're going to have to scroll down through all the other classes (and I've already said how awful the scrolling is).

Hi Lexi! We're sorry to hear about your experience. Would you be able to send us a screen recording of the horizontal scroll problem? Regarding the filters, our app does allow multiple filters, so you should be able to select the class type and evening. If you provide a screen grab of both issues at mobilefeedback@glofox.com, we can investigate!

Doesn't load properly, awkward to use, I have to tap the "buy membership" option to navigate to the class/course lists (which makes no sense). Notifications pop up but when tapped they don't link to the content of the notification, they link to the buying options/payments page. Attended courses don't count as classes for some reason, they don't show up in booking history. I genuinely hate this app and it's putting me off attending courses at the venue I'd like to use.

Updated: now you can't even pay for subscription with funny error message!!! It's so bad I felt compelled to write a review. To book a single class you need to press so many buttons it becomes a challenge. Then to go back to the list you need to hit more and more buttons.... Login is required every time, even to check your bookings... Why? Everything takes ages and ages, so frustrating... :: Update made it worse, now you only see 1 day at a time and moving between days is such a pain!!!

Hi Slava, sorry for your frustration on this. You should not need to log in every time, so please get in touch at feedback@glofox.com so we can troubleshoot the issue. Also, do ensure to update to the most recent version, which is releasing this week, which has navigation improvements making it easier for you to book your next session quicker.
