VIP Yearly renewal but unable to watch as it keeps stating that my VIP expired. Have to contact customer service but takes a long time to resolve. All given options was to clear cache, restart device, reinstall apps, etc which is not the solutions at all. Used to be very friendly user but now it's frustrating to use this apps. I this year 2023, it happens to me the second time now.

A very High Energy and App that has a lot of Advertisements,, I am disapppointed,,, unlike the old Version,, this new Iflix app always gets into my Nerve,,, shiiiiit,,, to many Ads and always bug,,,, I won't recommend it,,, put this APP down,, gross ewww

I have unsubscribe this iflix app in my smartphone and play store. but it keep send me notifications each month auto renew subscribe and deduct my bill account. i have contact iflix to help me but no reply. please be professional to your customers. i will bring this to tribunal user for my rights.
