Ratings and reviews

It's a great brand. But the UI of this app is a bit confusing. You can only add a product in your wishlist when it is in the preview screen, the browsing screen. After you have opened the product details, there's no way to add it. It's a bit annoying. I added at least 15 products in my wishlist from both the website and the app. I deleted the app later and downloaded it again after a week. My wishlist is completely empty! I don't understand! Pathetic.

Pathetic experience.. I ordered (₹2800) from their site and got delivered a wrong product. I send them the photos and videos of this product. There was definitely a fault on their side in the transport and delivery system , but they just did not investigate it properly. In the end ,all that they said to me was that in future I should be taking the videos and photos with intact packaging.. how's that even possible..I would rather not order from them..

The products are good but the customer support is terrible. The rewards tab on the app also doesn't work. If you want to exchange/return your product then it's a hassle, you have to go to a website to do it. They give you a gift card ONLY when you return it. And also cut your money every time you return/refund. These things apply even if the product is defective. Customer service doesn't respond half the time. Even after returning, you have to contact them multiple times to get the gift card.
