Do not buy any dress from here. The products are something different than what is shown and you cannot exchange but only return it. Further, once done you cannot do it again. They also deduct 100 from your money for a return. Bad quality, bad customer service and products are super expensive

Very disappointed with this brand’s. Received a defective product from Nykaa but the brand has no return or replacement policy, even when the issue is clearly a quality defect. Such policies are unfair to customers. I would not recommend to anyone buying from this brand because of any reason if you want to return the products you can't do it. There is no other brand that has this kind of policy.
