The worst online shopping site. Wrong item was delivered 9 days ago, reported on same date about it but nobody picked it up till now. They gave 2 individual days ( 11th and 13th OCT ) for picking up the product but didn't come. I interacted through mail but didn't give reply. The worst horrible and terrible experience. Now some one give reply on this review and ask for details but don't give reply through mail.
My rating is based purely for the app, not for the company. Amazon is amazing, no second thoughts about it. But the app has the missing native Android feel. It appears more like a mobile site wrapped in an APK. Hence, the seemless transitions effects are lost into the loading of webpage. Probably you can provide some default empty containers while loading and they get filled and multiply when the actual data is fetched. Won't go into technical details but the experience can definitely be improved.
Don't buy from Amazon. They give preference in delivery to prime members (Rs.499) or buyers who pay extra for 1/2 day delivery. They deliberately delay delivery to others like my product was kept in their warehouse in my city for more than 2 days and I kept waiting. Explains how greedy any company can be for money! Disappointing.
I use Amazon from last 3 year but in last few days experience with Amazon become me to say that bhai kahi se bhi shopping kar lekin Amazon se nahi. Same product i Order 3 times by paying through Amazon pay balance its cancelled cancelled cancelled except this I also order 4 book all the books cancel one by one. And Amazon cheating with theire customer through theire disgusting policy. Its last time purchased from Amazon.
You have the worst courier service... I ordered a slipper and when it reached in my town... Then your courier executive called me and told me that you come and pickup your slipper at our office.. we do not come for home delivery... If you don't come then your slipper will go back.... Worst service ever i seen..😡😡😡
Pathetic and disgusting delivery service. The courier guy refuses ondoor delivery and asks to collect items from their office and without even attempting the actual ondoor delivery, he cancelled and returned the product. And after asking for a replacement,the stupid customer care executives provided me a refund without even arranging a replacement. If I needed a refund, I wouldn't have placed the order, you morons. How can you be so pathetic and unprofessional Amazon? Is this seriously your way of treating customers? It was my first order at Amazon and it was the worst experience i ever had..Ever.
