Frequent Buyer!!! Right from A - Z all products are purchased from Amazon. Satisfied with amazon services. Only one suggestion few of your vendors sell their product via amazon prime but they ship/deliver their product on standard time and not next day or within 2 days. So if they are not able to deliver the product within a day or two then i think they should not be in prime search filter. As customer pay for the membership to get the product before the standard time but if vendors ship/deliver the product on standard time then i think these amazon prime concept should be scrap. Think on this.... Thank You
The price shown will be different in initial search.. once you go to add size. The price jumps.. Why to give lower price on search screen? Also I don't see any advantage with prime membership. Takes same time to deliver. The item what we want doesn't appear in prime. Some cases prime products are slightly costlier than non prime.. this means they are already considering delivery charges.
I am blocked from your side. Please return my money people... Issue: I returned a memory card which was 1599INR and was given a cheque of 3979INR. So I didn't keep it and asked them to issue another cheque and here I am following you up for months and now because of no reason I am blocked. So much for being an honest prime customer Not a good job Amazon
Very bad experience with amazon .. I bought a mi phone via amazon And phone get heating and near to blast the. I request to amazon for replace my phone in replacement time by copmny but they don't and i don't get customer satisfaction service by this online market.. I request to all of you please be carefull.
Disappointed.!! Day by day Amazon is becoming worst. The delivery service of Amazon are worst, the delivery man not even reach the address provided and pass incorrect remark and expect us to reach the place from where they call to collect parcel. The customer care is of no use. In spite of complaining the issues, no actions are taken.
Have contacted customers care and still mine complaint not resolved and also tracking details are not updated. Its worst app, have already paid for delivery still they are asking to pick the courier from 16 km away from mine home. Customer care is not resolving issue... Have made a complaint 72 hours before
