We, at Biznext, enable local retail stores to offer Assisted Digital Financial Services like Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Balance Inquiry, Bill Payments, Micro ATM, Aadhaar Enabled Services (AEPS), DTH-Mobile Recharges, POS Services, SMS Payment, Insurance and Money Transfer.

AEPS: This service enables merchants to provide basic banking services like Cash Withdrawal, Deposit & Balance Enquiry. In return they earn attractive commission on every transaction.

Money Transfer: Any walk-in customer can transfer money to any bank account within the borders of India even if that customer doesn’t own a bank account. On every transaction the merchant can earn a handsome income.

Utility Services: Various utility services such as Recharge, Bill Payments and new DTH connections. Merchant can now do mobile and DTH recharge using our application and earn commission per transaction. Pay bills of more than 100 billers in India including all the major electricity, gas, water and telecom operators which uses Bharat Bill Pay (BBPS) at the click of a button, using a single wallet.

MATM & MPOS: Micro ATMs are a handheld point of sale (POS) terminal used to dispense cash in secluded locations, where bank branches cannot reach. Micro ATMs are like a point of sale (POS) terminal and are a doorstep mobile banking method cum-mobile ATM device.

It is alright. Decent commissions on mobile recharge. No commissions for msedcl electricity or gas bill payments. Also they have not provided certificate for IRCTC authorization despite multiple requests. Poor customer support. Atleast they dont spam call you like other digital services in India.

The complaint system is extremely fast — my issues were resolved within minutes, sometimes even seconds. History-based reporting and direct complaint from screenshots are very smart features. Customer care response is quick and professional. Fully satisfied and highly recommended.

I'm going to uninstall and Delete the application because of Bed Experience From the support team no response of Email and I raised request From application but without solution they have closed the request.
