Please improve this app service. The app is not so good because "bsnl plans and offers doesn't meets the criteria for any app service". Bsnl has have some special plan vouchers and hence it really requires different apps for different plans which is not easy. While no other operators have such problem. Please create a superb app for all plan vouchers. That mean a simple grid menu with different icons for different plan vouchers and it's offers inside in it.
Dear Sir, This is a very good app. It takes care of bill payments etc. For a Five Star rating following issues need to be addressed:- 1. Bill download pdf facility for post paid customers in the app.. 2. Bill paid receipt pdf download facility in same app 3. Usage is not real time and most of the time does not work. Thanking you.
I have recharge my bsnl no. With the student special plan of rs. 118 but the only msg i received was payment successful.. Neither did i received the plan benefits nor any tariff. Even mailed to bsnl they said no such plan exists. Worst fake.. They are just cheat on you. Have even requested to refund my moneybut of they use.. they just digrsted my money
What BSNL offers it does not provides to the customers. There was a offer from May 2015 that from 9pm to 7 am morning there would be know charges for talking, and also we had no calls in the day time, but still the bill was of 2700 rupeess. And the worse part is that the customer service is extremely bad. They all the time cut the calls. I am mentioning these things since no ones listen to it.
Good app. Though needs some fine tuning. Does not update in realtime for registering LL and Mobile phones repeated attempts are required. Has update of all offers and plans. Far more offered by a public Sector than expected. After all it is govt org and trustworthy. A provision to top-up broadband is missing. Provide if possible.
Read my review properly and then reply. Don't copy paste replies. I have asked abt complaint booking issue and you have replied about making payments. Faulty app. Not able to book complaints for prepaid mobile. It says to add account but account was already added and all details were give at the begging of the app itself. I went inside account option and all details like mobile no. and email id are there but it still asks.
