Not able recharge When selecting it ask to add account but will accept only post paid mobile number. Why do post paid needs to recharge.bill pay is available. Please fix
Not able to see mobile data usage This app is showing my landline account but not my prepaid mobile account under USAGE head despite of it being added in the ACCOUNTS Menu. Kindly reply.
Displays enter valid prepaid number The app no longer recognizes my prepaid number even though I've used the app many times before to recharge the same mobile number. Update: It's now working.
No functions for Prepaid Mobile It is okay for Postpaid Landline & Broadband but very poor for Prepaid. Even no option to check my balances. However it can recharge prepaid but this is not sufficient. Please add the prepaid account management function.
Not to that Mark I have addded two numbers in account but first get updated automatically billing and payment but second one not updated properly
Lot of features are missing Grievances feature is not there. In prepaid recharge, details like validity period especially for Data STV are not shown.
