Update: Payment failing, didn't work even after several retries. Initial : Nice app from BSNL . pros: Good and Easy UI. Less confusing unlike the usual BSNL webpages. Can link Landline and Mobile in one app cons: Difficult to find out the offers and activate them. Doesn't provide the current plans and STVs activated in a prepaid mobile. It would have been better , if the app can integrate the features from bsnlszprepaid (south zone only).
Great App no doubt, but fix the Back button please. All features are good and I am happy with all the options available in the App except the Back button. When I hit Back button (default Back button on phone) it doesn't go back and asks me if I wanna close the App. It should go back to the previous menu. Well I dont wanna use the button on top left corner to go back. All users like me use the default Back button.
Poor app Come on BSNL is this the best you have to offer??? I bet not.. we need data like account balance details from voice pack, data pack, sms pack, etc.. caller tune and other VAS.. Prepaid customers suffer a lot because there is just nothing from the app apart from recharges which can be done via other apps.. Please upgrade the app
Pathetic Money deducted but not given the credit. Called call centre first they said to wait for 24 hrs then after 24 hrs wait for one week to refund or credit. So pathetic unprofessional and unreliable. No official e mail ID to register the complaint. No communication between the app management and the call centre. So ashamed that this is the company which represent our India. Come on guys have some.
Very basic I have used the same app for the Microsoft Mobile. It was far better. There is no option to sync our online profile to the app. Please provide login option to get back the transaction history and saved numbers. Really disappointed on the app. The user interface looks really cheap. First time ever I am seeing an Android app very poor than its Microsoft counterpart. Please improve.
useless app Useless app ...The amount deducted from my bank account but the STV didn't activate on my number, this happened twice in a week with me and customer care service of bsnl is very very poor they even don't know about their app and how to solve the problem.... I want to give them A BIG ZERO.... for their services.
