This app seriously needs to fix its fare system. I boarded a bus from Nawada to Tilak Nagar – fare is ₹5 but the app showed ₹13 ....😠 The conductor had no change, so I was forced to buy a ₹10 ticket.😤 Why should I pay extra because of your app’s mistake? It’s frustrating and unfair. Don’t call it a smart solution if it can’t even show the correct fare......

This app work is very bd 😞😞 This app is very useless because it neither tells about the car properly nor the ticket is made properly. If we enter the four digit number in it then it shows another car and it asks for the root of the car. Even if we ask someone about the root then payment is not made in it. It is written in it that no record root

Issue resolved. Thank you for this great application. I hope People start using Public transport for intercity travel. They have a great service. although there is still a newd to introduce a lots of buses but still. Please DTC increase the number of buses. The app is great. It is user friendly and easy to use. Only thing is, it only allows limited payment applications. Like it allow GPay but not Mobikwik
