The app has discontinued the online pink ticket. Instead of making the online facility smoother, they just made it more difficult to travel in the bus avoiding rush. They could've linked the pink saheli card to the app but to make everything inefficient, they discontinued the best feature of the app. well done government well done.

As a professional relying on public transit, I find the Chartr app unreliable as it fails to show all running buses. This makes commuting unpredictable and pushes people toward costly private options. Each “invisible” bus wastes time, reduces productivity, and weakens trust in public transport. Fixes: ensure all buses have active GPS, enforce accountability for untracked vehicles, and add a crowdsourced “Check-in” feature. Chartr has potential, but without accurate data, it remains ineffective.

Good but some time not working properly in my case once upon a time I have thaken ticket so payment deducted but ticket not received. very poor experience some time application doesn't work and one time i bought ticket but ticket didn't get from application or ticy Caught me that's why it's very bad application and I want to say you should better it.
