The customer support doesn't even revert back if we got an issue. I'm unable to reset my security questions. I've been mailing them for the past 2 days but no revert. I'm unable to add accounts now as I have changed my phone and the security questions unable to reset. You should work more on customer reach and satisfaction.
Buddies don't install this app because they don't know how add bank account. They had just detected the SMS charges from my phone and didn't add the bank account. Plsss I requesting not install such apps and give 1 star ratings
Why Chillr is lying ?? No proper history, No replies to mails and complaints, no refund status, if this will continue then Chillr has to face serious legal consequences. Entries in past are missing from history, no text lines reflect in history which I put while doing the transactions, No Balance check available for State Bank Of India .
Don't install this app , service was worst , i have transferred money to my friends account but that time system shows failled but next day was successful but not credit in my friends account. i have write mail to customer care but not respons from chillr
Few month before this app was not working, i have send email to the chillr customer care and they response fast, and i like that. And good new is this (the Chillr) app is start working wow thank you so much thank you team.
