App was working fine just a day before. smooth and quick as user want. After factory resetting my phone it stopped working. Another important thing to mention is that many of users like me have faced SMS OTP verification issue. Developers are suggesting to reinstall app but I found out that if u try to register in app on working business hours it will work fine without any issue. It may b because of inbuilt time check (developer might have used to save users from unnecessary SMS charges). So pls be calm and try to register yourself in business hours.

This app perfectly for me. You don't have to provide any bank details. Just enter your Mobile number registered with bank, receive OTP and generate 4 digit PIN and it starts working. Very simple. User should create new PIN and don't use your ATM pin. This app allows you to download 90 Days of transportations.

The app used to work well but these days I am getting "Account Not Found" error whenever i try to refreah the passbook. Now I am unable to check my bank balance. I dont know why it is happening, please find some solution to this problem
I changed my registered number and now receiving alerts from bank on new number. But not able to register for m-passbook app. Everytime it sends sms from my new registered number, charge deducted, never received OTP and in last it shows invalid number. Really annoying. do look into the matter
