It was working fine till 01 July 2014. But after that it stopped syncing. Since then it shows "Error fetching data from server, please try again later". And as of today, I don't see software updates since 26 Nov 2013.
FedBook account opening precedure is not purely online and the bank staff behaves like they don't care if you are going to open account. After submitting documents the account is still not activated.This type of service wont fetch you customers.
This app is not working properly after updating to latest version. When I open the app, it tries to refresh the transactions and close the app automatically. Please solve this issue as soon as possible and revert. That's why I am giving the rating as 3 star. Otherwise this is a wonderful and user friendly app.
I had rated it 5 star for three years. But it is not so great anymore. It stopped showing automatic notification on new payments and doesn't automatically sync and load new data when the app is not in use. Also if there is one new entry, upon opening the app it says I have two new updates.
Fedbook developers, it was very useful and very efficient until it started crashing over and over. For the last one week, this app is not at all working. It doesn't update the account statement and gets timed out after few moments. Latest issue is that it crashes frequently. Please fix it.
I created selfie account by selecting Perungudi branch, And they are not giving debit card, they can not send the card again. Always asking to sign something by going to branch. So poor in cooperation. Please resolve
