The previous versions at least attempted to function with full of bugs. This one really tests our patience and has a memory leak. Google login doesn't work, it is stuck in a loading loop. The backend takes long time to respond for each request. If I try to download the invoice it shows it is saved to Downloads folder, but there is no file in the said folder. The website is worse, good luck if you have more than one connection, it will never switch from the first, just "Something went wrong".

Very bad... even after recharging, they don't give a full month's recharge... they only give 23 to 24 days... recharge plans are also very costly... GST is added, and there are other charges separately... and then there are tariff plan charges... Wifi is better than this... or the old cable operator was better... they used to provide all channels for 200 to 250...

The app is useless . Unable to change or add channels . The buttons are not working . When i try to find channels or packs it do not show . Now the website also not working unable to longin . Review Upadate : day by day they are breaking their own records of creating more useless app. Why I have to type password or give OTP to just check the balance? Once if you are logged in it mean you are logged in no need to sing in again . why change UI so many times ?
