Ratings and reviews

If you want disruptions all the time ,if you want to experience long conversations with customer care executives with no actual help . If you do think your pack should be changed without any prior notice and channels should have to be removed ( although you have already subscribed ) from your pack , to watch your subscribed channel you should pay again the same amount you've paid , then only use DishTv .

I would not recommend dishtv to anyone. We have been having problems with set up box. Each time we call to customer service, the problem has to be detailed every single time as a new person attends the call each time. Such a pathetic service. Even though we recharged and it is reflected in the system, the tv shows low balance and though we are not watching TV becouse of this issue.

App doesn't work at all. I have one connections at home and am unable to use the app to select/deselect channels. Tried using web browser too. The same issue has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Did you find this helpful?
