Very smooth functioning app. Has never caused major problems so far. Appreciate DMart Ready for their 100% product delivery on the selected date and the selected time. A suggestion to increase the list of product choices within each category. Your drawbacks... No one reads and responds to emails... keep Rs 250 - 500 minimum but supply all products (incl cold store ones) free of charge home delivery. DMart Ready stores are becoming redundant. Ive started buying major products from others.

They play with delivery slots provided by Customers and deliver as per their convinience even after taking a charge for delivery. Also, their system is build such that grievances reporting is not possible in a simple way. You have to call them or email. Call goes on IVR and disconnects without registering the issue, forget the resolution. I wish I could rate them in negative. Very bad app expirience. Will switch to other alternatives.
