If you have an online store, you've probably tried OpenCart. Starting your online store with a framework like OpenCart is easy since it is open-source and free, and is the most preferred option over others like Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, etc.
OpenCart also has an admin module from where you can manage your orders, customers, stock, products, shopping cart, views, layouts, etc. However, the default template and the admin panel that comes with OpenCart is not really convenient, nor is it mobile friendly!
We needed an app where we could manage all aspects of our online stores efficiently, viz., products, orders, alerts, users, social promotions, managers, etc. and hence, we created this app for ourselves. And then we thought, why not let everyone use it!
So, here's an app that is built on the personal experience of OpenCart and which targets to make managing your stores, even with multiple-managers, efficient! It aims to bring all the aspects of managing a store easier by providing integration even with your social handles!
Following is a list of feature available right now, and proposed (marked P, and shall be available soon):
* Available in your local language
* Lets you add multiple OpenCart stores and manage them all with a single account!
* Verify your store through FTP/SSH login or just upload a single file on your store server!
* With a single package file, get all app-related updates on your store server in one click!
* Auto-import all the managers (and other users) from your store and invite them to manage your OpenCart store on our app!
Please note that we do not store any unnecessary data that is not our property unless it is really required to save it for your convenience.
* Lets you integrate your Facebook and Instagram pages, of your store, with the app so that your store managers can share products with the page audience. You DO NOT have to share page access with any of your store managers for this; just add your store Facebook/Instagram page/account for once and you're good to go!
* Checkout stats of your sales, orders, social handles, and products for each of your OpenCart store on its dashboard
* Add a new product or edit an existing one conveniently with 'Add Product' module. It also helps you to add images from your mobile camera or even select picture from the gallery. Organize pictures in the order you want them to appear and select a main image as the display picture!
* Adding a new product is so much easier; it is so much similar to your default admin panel, but a with the touch of mobile, hence making it sweet and easier!
* You can even share your products with your phone contacts through your official Store SMS Channel (P). All you need to do is select the contacts from your phone, or select a contacts list created by you or one of your store managers (Requires buying SMS credits)
* You can share your contacts list with all your store managers WITHOUT actually sharing a contact! They can send store's promotional SMS to all your contacts through our app without seeing any of your contact numbers!
* Get instant notifications for events like, when an order is placed, when the stock is about to run out, etc. (P)
* Help section to create tickets for any kind of issue that you may face in-app, and get an immediate response from the developers. You can also use that section for any type of feedback, suggestion, query, etc.
* For store admin, lets you grant or block store access to any of the store managers in a single click. Even if they can access the store on your default admin page, they cannot access it within the app if you wish to do so!
