Just because there is no 0 star option When the world is moving towards customer experience and human centered design, Indigo is sprinting in opposite direction.. what a let down.. earlier version was much better.. never had any complaints.. but this one sucks.. way to go Indigo.. low cost carrier now has a low UX/UI app.. is that the brand promise you were out to deliver? FIRE your app developer team.. jeeeezzz..
Concessionary options Would have given 5 stars if all concessionary options are available on mobile app as they are shown on website... If you can't provide such options then what is the whole purpose of creating such app, users can very well go and book through computer... Don't need an app without basic options...
Worst update Most user unfriendly. No option to add a booking or check-in. Irritating prompt saying You don't have a booking. Would you like to plan a trip? Indigo has been the best airline before this silly update. Please restore the original app.
Worst app Worst update of Indigo app. Y shud I make an account login to access simple flight details like schedule n ticket availability/ rates. Why shed I remember a super complex indigo login password to access the basic flight details. I m a frequent Indigo traveller but sorry Indigo is not dat important for me dat I remember a complex password to access dis basic app.
Worst App Even I cant creat my user account after westing 3 hours time...i uninstalled immediately.. i wanted to check my pnr status only& for this little work I have to install the app. When installed the app now I can't use this ..1/2 stars
Cannot change my seat and check in 3rd update Edit on 16/December /2016: still old problem persists. If this issue continues I simply have to start booking on other airlines. App does not allow seat changes while checking in. This is on 10 September 2016. After one update I was able to change seat. After an update today I am unable to check in. App says no booking.
