This is worst app I ever seen. I have booked two time for same date and each time they deducted money Rs 38172 via kotak and ticket never generated. Customer care is so pathetic that they are keeping you on hold but doing nothing. After long wait they are informing that money will be refunded with in 3 to 5 days. It was urgent for me and now I am left with no money And except to wait for money. Horrible experience 👎
Made booking twice today and amount was charged from Credit card but booking failed (total of Rs.72k). Credit card confirms amount charged and CC Avenue mail also received confirming amount charged. Why is the booking not happening? Now it is going to take 3 to 5 working days for refund, what about interest for the amount till then? Also why is there Rs. 200 charged power traveller per leg? This is atrocious, day light robbery. This is against Govt initiative of Digital India.
They robbed me 14228/- refund they gave me 1816/- i am been robbed by indigo. my flight was from chd to banglore and return. 20mar to 25th mar prior to it i made cancellation before 20days because got an urgency and cant travel on these dates. i cancelled my flight. they robbed me by processing 1816/- refund from 14228/- amount which i had paid
I downloaded this app today , made my first booking paid money via mobikwik from my kotak bank . Amount got deducted , transaction was successful but ticket was not generated . No proper response from customer care. After calling so many times they are telling amount will be refunded after 1 week ... They don't reason why after successful transaction they were unable to generate ticket. Customer care putting on hold for 25 mins Dr Animesh Kumar Mishra
Very disgusting app. After finishes all the booking process at the end it shows error not once but evrytime the same problem. Hope my money is not been deducted as i hvnt checked my bank balance yet.i request to everyone not to use this app.
App is not able to fetch ticket details smoothly. When i enter PNR and last name, then click on fetch booking, then app is showing 'loading' for some time. But not able to retrieve the booking details.
