This app is lagging soooooo much and lagging isn't so big problem. sometimes while studying after every 2-3 this say ( ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୋଫାଇଲ୍ ସମ୍ପୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରନ୍ତୁ ) after that you have to wait about 5 minutes for the loading screen. when I study from this app I only study 20-30 minutes every hour. I use this app in night so I don't need a light but there is lot of problems ( sorry for bad english and I can't explain in a better way )

Dear Support Team, I am writing to report some technical issues I encountered while using the Diksha app. I recently downloaded the app, but the experience has been quite frustrating due to the following reasons: App Lagging/Hanging: The app starts hanging as soon as I open it. Even after using it for just 5 minutes, the performance is not smooth. Content Loading Issue: Many educational videos and e-books are not visible or failing to load. and many other issues..☹️

App team forgot that they not only have to publish app but also to maintain it. we have things running just fir official records. The pdfs(easily accessible on Ncert web) doesn't open in app(Network speed 250Mbps -5unlimited). all of resources here seems to be a showpiece. Though I remebr back a year or two it worked fine. I request you guys to maintain it well. None of resource content is accessible(Class 12- Ncert Content).
