I am not able to complete any module in this app. Even after completing all modules, it keeps on showing 0% complete. Due to this issue, I have not got certificate for many courses even after completing all their modules. Seems to be some issue with my account or something else.

Please update the servers. It isn't functioning well since last two days. I have registered and logged in a couple of days ago and since then most of the time there has been network interruptions and it took me a lot of time to complete just two courses. Although my other apps are working smoothly but both diksha app and diksha course app isn't working properly. Upon enquiring I came to know that many teachers are facing the same issue. Please do fix this issue immediately

I am facing a technical issue in the “NISHTHA FLN English” course. The app shows that I have completed the course, and I have successfully passed Formative Assessment 02 with a final score of 5/10, which is the required passing score. However, when I try to access my certificate, the app displays the message: “Complete Formative Assessment 02 to unlock this activity.” This is very frustrating because the assessment is already completed and passed, but the system still does not recognize it.
