The app is good. But i faced a problem. I paid my JVVNL bill by signing on the SSO portal. After that i downloaded the e-mitra app. When i opened and registered a service for jvvnl bill payment from next time, i found that after clicking PAY, it was showing the amount to be paid. And the fact was that i have already paid the bill. Then why the aap was showing the amount to paid, which means new emitra app is not in sync with Raj SSO portal. Please rectify as this will creat confusion.
I successfully paid electricity bill on 21-4-17. I received non-payment warning bySMS on 26th. Then I checked my bank stmnt and found payment was reversed on 24th. There was no message indicating payment will be reversed I got at the same day. Already mailed you guys, no reply yet. It would be nice if you waive ₹101 late penalty. Otherwise...
Pathetic experience. Paid water bill three times, amount deducted each time, status was pending initially then it failed and now even due date is passed. I tried payments woth 2 different servers but still failed. Seems, like very poor synchronization. Needs a lot of work
I used this app for payment of water bill(PHED). It worked good untill the last update. After this update, this time while paying for the bill, it showed a pop up saying 'Office Id not found. Payment can't be completed.' I dont know what this means. Please help.
I am a new user and considering upgrading to be able to access the other features. So far I have been very pleased with all Comments. Honestly, I was a little skeptical and leery of utilizing a third-party app, but it was easy to use, easy to add to my site, and has blended seamlessly. Looking forward to using it and learning more about it's features. I only rated 4/5 stars, because my experience with this app is limited at this point. I feel after more use it will easily move to 5/5.
Complaint I paid two water bills to phed through icici bank on 19th october 2016. In both the cases the amounts were deducted from my account. After payment there was a server error in both the cases. After checking icici payments in the app there were three receipts instead of two with the label unsuccessful.this I came to know only after two months when amounts for both the bills along with penalty and interest were included in fresh bills. Only after taking the matter with icici bank I could get a refund of money.
