UIDAI's FaceRD (Register Device) is a headless or icon less B2B app which works in tandem with AUA/KUA (Authentication User Agency / KYC User Agency) app for face authentication.

This application is correct but it will not be visible to you in your phone. If you want to use this application then it is automatically linked to the 'My Ration' app. When you do E-KYC through "my Ration", it will automatically get linked to the Aadhaar face ID and the option of face capture will appear. You can use this application like this.

I have no idea how to even open this app or where that option is available after installing this app. I have searched my whole phone for the app icon and even come here to find the "open" button beside the "installed" button, but have failed to find it. Then I tried reading the reviews where I immediately found a comment complaining about the same thing. What is the use of this app when it cannot even be opened? Just taking phone space and wasted my data while downloading it.

For 9913 problem Check properly the app installed . say, while downloading check that it will ask you on this device and ur device model no. (displayed ) one has o approved the tick box . You have to instal on both, on this device and model number promted already. This worked out for me. I believe it will also work for all. Thank you.
