I am unable to log in to this application. During the login process, after selecting the SIM card, the app shows "Sending SMS" and "Verifying". However, after a few seconds, a TRX ID error appears and the verification process fails and says try after some time. Tried multiple days and time but problem is same. The issue prevents me from completing the login process. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

However, after a few seconds, a JSON-related error appears and the verification process fails. The issue prevents me from completing the login process. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

I downloaded the app and registered as soon as it was launched, I guess Dec 2025. however, it asks me to re register every single time I open the app. and it's extremely unreliable as the authentication fails almost every single time. I have tried dozens of times strictly following the instructions but it does not work. this needs to be improved drastically, especially as you are planning to phase out the older OTP based authentication method. urgent action needed.
