Worst app! I tried to change my address, but my application was rejected five times. Each time, I submitted different supporting documents, yet it was still rejected without any clear explanation. The app also crashes frequently and has too many glitches. To make things worse, after successfully making the payment, my application was rejected within 2 days without providing any valid reason. It's a frustrating experience with poor service and a lack of transparency in the process.

Downloaded my Aadhaar PDF hundreds of times and every single time the app hides it somewhere unreachable. You can't find it in Files, you can't share it, you can't do anything with it. What kind of engineering is this? What's the point of a download button if the file is marked hidden the moment it saves? Basic file handling, please fix.

While registeration the verification sms is not going automatically from my airtel sim hence I am unable to do it. Showing error message everytime. Please check what is the issue as I was successfully registered on previous madhaar app with the same sim. I have airtel plan with unlimited calls and messages but still the issue is happening.
