Late fees were charged from my wallet for a technical glitch in the app. I returned my cycle within the due date and time but still the return was not registered and late fee was charged. This is not fair. I dont suggest the app to anyone. I had already mailed all the details to the support mail and to the escalation mail IDs. But I didn't get a solution for the issue.

Absolutely terrible experience. Got a 3-day pass, the app refuses to work after the first ride, and I had to abandon the bike in a random spot. I called customer support, only to get an automated message telling me to check a link that never arrived. On top of that, why does the app need both location and Bluetooth just to unlock a bike, when it barely functions to begin with? At the very least, you should focus on making the app simpler, stable, and actually usable.

they are farud. no customer support. I payed 50 rs and they unlock bike which was already tied with chain . they deducted 50 rs. Not able to reach customer support. worst service . if you want to waste money use this app.
