3 issues - 1. No hub in Mumbai City, all in suburbs. The nearest one I can see is 6km away. This will be a killer service if done in SoBo, esp. for night tours that have been growing lately. 2. Since I was a new user, there were 0 notifications for me and the app crashed on switching to another tab from the bottom nav bar. This means there is a runtime error not being caught. 3. Kindly fix location permissions and allow only while using this app permission and don't force to give entire access.

Great experience, I got a bicycle from fort kochi and rode it all the way to Ernakulam town railway station. The bicycle was in great condition and I loved the lock feature , we don't have to worry when we park somewhere. I also have a suggestion, the tracking of my ride didn't work so well, it keeps getting resett everytime i lock the bicycle for parking. I would like to have a full report on how much i rode, etc. Great work guys! Hoping to see this in new locations.

I was on a trip and my phone got switched off because of no charge ,I actually had the track map of the route I went through but after charging nd turning on my phone I lost record in the app , it was not saved . I just felt that could have been retrieved but I couldn't and that's the only issue I faced other than that everything was awesome and good bike too .
