Ratings and reviews

The accountability from the app's customer support and the drivers (not all but it only takes one) are abysmal. Be careful if you're using this app. I left my earbuds in a cab. the cab driver didn't pick up my calls and was picking up calls from other numbers. The app customer support couldn't reach him, and I lost the earbuds. This makes me wonder if there is anything they'll do in an emergency. I'll move away from this app.

third rate app now, it used to be good earlier. Now it books me a driver EVEN AFTER I EXPLICITLY CANCEL A REQUEST due to no one accepting a ride, and does not even update the GUI to let me know that a driver is coming. The drivers come and then fight with me for no fault of mine or theirs! This has happened so many times! They really have a lot of critical UI bugs to fix. And I have not had any positive experience with their online customer service so far.

The only good thing about this app is that drivers don't demand extra. The upfront fare is higher than what Uber or Ola may quote, but I hate the haggling that those drivers do by calling you and not moving towards you until the price is finalised. None of that happens here. However, the app is not as mature as both of them. The GPS positioning is always off a quite a bit and drivers ends up reaching the next street even though the location on your side is correct.
