They have call us option. I called after placing the order. I tried 5 times. For first two times nobody picked up. Third somebody pick up but hung up on me when I started talking. after that it said out coverage area. Wonderful
This is the worst app! I placed an order and paid for it online and the order was declined from their end. Now there's no system for a refund, the so-called outlet does not answer, and despite sending multiple messages on your FB account you haven't replied. Highly unprofessional and the worst service provider in my experience! Hope the admin reads this and does something about my refund! I have gone through all reviews here and have found out multiple users have faced this issue. Admins, make sure you take this seriously otherwise we will have to resort to strict legal actions.
Pathetic experience regarding the delivery. Delivery charges arw nowhere mentioned on the app still the employees demand for delivery charges and if the charges are refused or when asked a receipt for delivery charges, the order is cancelled whereas payment is done online. And no refund is provided.
Getting late night delivery... Certainly at a higher rate but getting home delivery at this hour it's good
Don't deliver in pimple Saudagar. FU.
