You know if there is an option for negative rating I would've given that to you. I've scheduled a pickup , completed the payment procedure and everything but guess what nobody arrives for the pick-up. Your customer care no. is not working as well. I've sent various e-mails but never get any revert from your side. I sent my AWB number on your whatsapp too. I've tried every possible way to contact you but I never recieved any response. It seems like delhivery is a scam.

Strongly recommend not to trust this app false commitments. Unprofessional support. Do not trust f. The order which was asked for return never cared for. Go for amazon where there is really value given to the customer. Flipkart is fraud. They take the money, and when return is requested, they ignore the requests. The customer service team is horrible. The third party they use for pick is delhivery who make false statements on their customers. Flipkart is relying on such services.

I have never seen such a bad courier service in my life. They always drops the courier somewhere and it always takes days to dispatch it from there. They don't even know what is customer satisfaction. It takes a lot of time for the shipment to be delivered. They don't even ships to my area. I have to travel 20 kms to collect the shipment from this cursed courier server. If delhivery is your courier partner of any of your shipments, then it would be better to cancel the product.
