i am unable to book any rides on the app. the works fine until i select the pickup and destination but when the book a ride option is selected the loading rides page just keeps loading. regardless the network i have used mobile internet, home WiFi, mobile hotspot just incase mobile internet was slow still the rides did not populate for me just stuck on loading page. i have tried multiple locations to try booking from Borivali, Thane, Turbhe still same issue. hope issue is resolved soon.

this app is quite impressive. I love its user interface and it has a reasonable price also but I am facing the issue of not getting my ride. I have booked a ride multiple times but no one accepted my request even though I increased my fair price but still no driver at all. I hope you promote this to your driver

The name is only Bharat Taxi, but their prices are actually equivalent or higher than the rest of the applications providing costlier services. If it's a no commision application, the prices should ideally be lesser than the rest. just another money making focused platform. I tried for a few days and not even once the price was reasonable and ended up uninstalling. Sad reality.

What's new

We've been tuning things up behind the scenes: the app loads faster, booking feels snappier, and we've fixed a bug that occasionally made your pickup pin jumpy. A handful of minor glitches have been cleared out too, so everything runs a little smoother this time around.
