the app is really good... few issues with it.. which can be fixed by consistently giving updates. The main problem is the bus pass. It is good that there's finally no more otp verification for the bus pass. My problem is with the comment. "BUS PASS DOESN'T REQUIRE OTP" it's only in english.. keep it in tamil as well. Few conductors don't know about the update and are asking us to type in the otp. Right now this is the major issue for me and a lot of others.

Very disappointing application. It is not working properly and the navigation feature is inaccurate. I booked a bus from Sholinganallur to Koyambedu Bus Terminus. My bus departure time was 1:42 PM, but the app showed 12:10 PM. I waited more than 1 hour 30 minutes, but the bus arrived around 1:40 PM. This caused inconvenience and wasted my time. Very disappointed. Developers should improve timing accuracy and navigation.

App to be improved. The ticket and otp are not getting properly mapped to the route which we are selecting. In case the otp is not working for ticket activation, the amount which we have paid for booking through app is to be refunded as we are unnecessarily spending double the time and amount for ticket due to this issue.

Hi Bilahari, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused with ticket and OTP mapping. You can use the edit icon to correct the route number, enter the boarded route, and activate the ticket using the fleet ID.
