After uploading the reading via this app there is no way to tell whether we have uploaded it correctly or if reading has been recorded. Hence you will be relax after uploading the reading but at the end of the month came to know that reading was not done!! You have nothing to prove that reading was done via smart bijlee app. 1. Atleast a mail , SMS should be sent upon successful reading. 2. An option to see what we have uploaded

Few hours after spot billing, the bill becomes available for payment on Amazon, Paytm, Payzapp, FreeCharge, etc. Apps but even after more than a week, Smart Bijlee App does not get updated with current bill for online payment. Our own distribution company home app does not get updated simultaneously with or even before third party apps is really questionable and deploring situation. Despite current bill having been paid online 20-25 days back, but it still shows outstanding n sms reminders sent.

Purpose is good but never works like online services. Take at least 8-10 days to update online payment status should max within 24 hrs. Previous bill payment never shows latest payment but shows 2( two) month ago status. Don't do name corrections correctly. I applied for spell corrections and address details but only 30% job done and stopped. Nothing doing helpful though lot of options available to do online. Must be improved and acive for limited timelines.
