About this app

SafeBus Parent app is for parents to track and stay in touch with their children’s school transport. SafeBus parent app allows parents to track school buses in real-time and view the current location of the child's bus. Children safety is most important, which is why SafeBus is only accessible for parents.

Your child's school needs to signup with SafeBus. Please make sure your number and route details are updated by the school to track your child's bus details.

The following are some of the key features of SafeBus parent’s app:

- School bus attendance: The parent app allows you to view the complete school bus attendance of your children anytime from anywhere without contacting school admins. Now parents can also inform bus drivers about cancelled trips by marking kids' attendance as absent on the parent app. With this feature drivers need not wait for students at bus stops and disturb parents with unnecessary calls.

- View scheduled route: Parents can view the scheduled route of the school bus and will be notified if any changes or updates in the scheduled route.

- Real-time location tracking: App allows you to track the real time location of your children and school bus route. It will help you to pick up your child at the right time.

- Pickup/drop reassignment: App allows you to change the pickup/drop down address of your child without any problems if any relocation is needed.

- Effective communication: App allows you to communicate with school management and drivers easily.

- Notifications: SafeBus triggers notification when the bus is nearing stoppage point and shows ETAs for more accuracy.

- Trip details: App allows you to view each trip details with driver and attendant details. Summary of daily and monthly trips can be viewed.

This app is very helpful, and pretty useful to me. Although, there are a few erors caused, they are not really causing any harm. The errors can be managed, but if you need an improvement, then you could just improve in these errors. Other than that, everything is perfect. My job has become more easier with this app to know when my child's school bus is arriving. Thanks to this app!!! It is fabulous.

Fails on its basic purpose. It doesn't work most of the time and when it did (for 2 days in past 10), it tracked the completely wrong bus. Their "Support" section of the app is blank and so is "Help" section. It looks like they have released a half-baked product and we are their testing grounds. Our Kids ARE NOT your testing grounds. We rely on your tracking to pick them up. This app causes so much confusion. Edit: Dear Safetrx team. Your support page on the page doesn't work. Neither does the "Help" section. Nor the tracking. Bus is seemingly going is another direction if it tracks at all. I am sure you have all the data available with you. The way you are responding to parents' queries shows incompetence. It has been 10+ days and your tracking is failing miserably. You haven't tested the app at all and then probably installed in the wrong bus. Advise to all the schools :- Stay away from them please. It is actually better to NOT to have them at all. At least I won't have the wrong information. I would call the attendant to find out where the kids are. Without this app, at least confusion will not be there.

I am using this app as provided by school. Unreliable app. The company needs to understand these are real time app and we rely on it. Many time it is not able to show the bus. I have called helpdesk several time with no improvement. Just for record today at 7Am I again called helpdesk none picked up ( not the first time), whenever they picked up response is we will look into it and nothing happens. Most pathetic is sometimes it won't show anything, then it will start showing up backdated data. Most likely the streams from iot devices are backlogged and get processed sequentially. Overall I don't recommend this app as a reliable one
