We are slightly (actually very) hatke because our MAIN focus is FUN as in “Let’s have fun while we all work towards getting healthy” What does that mean? Well, we won’t pakaav you with articles like “12 ways to make your bowel movements easy” OR shame you into losing weight! Instead, we will be supporting you by being your bandhoo in the following three fronts:
Fitness for SOUL : also called BREATHE - a very soothing and intuitive bubble that helps you slow down & steady your breathing to manage stress from that coworker who is always hyperactive on Slack, that manager who hates when you take vacation, that aunty who is constantly asking about your marriage.
Fitness for MIND : also called GYAAN - a break down of what’s going on in the world with a fresh, fun take e.g. “Why we can’t hear Cardi Ben on Spotify” to “Why Norway is both the cleanest & dirtiest country in the world” to “Why Bing is actually a success for Microsoft” YOU ARE WELCOME!
Fitness for BODY : also called WALK - you get 10 minutes everyday to walk as fast and as much as possible. BONUS - convert these steps into rewards from companies like OYO, Amazon, Uber Eats, Swiggy, Insider.In, Raw Pressery, Nature’s Tattva, The Tea Shelf, BookMyShow, The Good Life Company, The Man Company, to name a few.
Life has become way toooooooo gambhir & everyone takes everything toooooo seriously, especially when it comes to getting healthy. So we want to cut through all this by adding some humor in day to day life.
