They solved one issue and called 100 times for the feedback of that issue . At the end they might show it in their records as 100 positively solved issues . My another issue is still pending from many days, and I have no further updates on that, but I am sure I will get the feedback call tomorrow ( or day after tomorrow) too.š¤£

not user friendly application, there are list of issues with application 1. taking pic via application get canceled 2. After raising issue with application, no timeline showing for activity. 3. very limited information available for raised issue 4. issue activity / progress report not available 5. After closing issue no feedback option showing. 6. for application itself no option for case log. Intention is good but designe of this application too bad or not follow the method.

Disposals are not very clean and clear. Maximum times the matter is totally twisted. Feedback option also blocked by putting the complaint in a specific category. The complainant is not able to register his feedback. Some of the officers have made it a mockery. I can name a few such officials. Kindly see.
