Never seen an app fail at every step First of all the app didn't complete the payment process. On second attempt, it completed the payment but didn't update the system. So I was left with a situation where payment was made but system doesn't show, so the driver wouldn't deliver the vehicle home. Guess what, even the invoicing system doesn't work neither does the call advisor facility. Waste.
App is more gud When you have taken pictures of the car upload it! Upload the history of the car service as its entirely serviced at your centre for over 8 years. App needs a lot of improvement. It's very bare... You seem to have used some immature inexperience folks... Put some professionalism into it.
Very bad service! While the application itself is not bad, the service provided was pathetic. My appointment was delayed by many hours and ended up rescheduling the service altogether. Not properly integrated with the car companies. No single channel of communication. Finally ended up coordinating between car company and 21north. Horrible !!!
I have chasing the company from past 1 month for my refund and they keep making false promises even at the manager level. Horrible customer service. Recommend not to use their service
Awfully worst in commitment These guy have contract with sireesh mahindra service stations, these guys do pick up and deliver for car for them.. But these guys don't know meaning of commitment. They had promised me 9:00 am pick up then @8:30 l was told pick up would be delayed by 10:00 due to heavy traffic and assigned a pick up guy. Then 9:30 pick up guy was changed and new guy told me because he is coming by bus he will reach by 10:30. Again when I asked why earlier commitment was missed they said earlier pick up is not feeling well
